Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

All sales are final.  Health and Hygiene laws restrict the return of jewelry, they are final sale. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only offer exchanges if you need a different ring size or to replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

If you need an exchange, please send us an email at enjiishandbagsandmore@gmail.com with the subject line Exchange and #OrderNumber.

Returns must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, accompanied with their original packaging and reach us within 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel. 

Please note for exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). We will ship out your replacement free of charge once only.

Privacy Policy

PACKAGES STOLEN, DAMAGE OR LOST.

We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting, unfortunately  Enjiis Jewelry cannot be held responsible. Please endure your address in correct.

Incorrect addresses can cause lost packages.

If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package is lost in transit, which is very unusual, this is the carriers responsibility. In this case you should reach out to USPS directly.
